About Me
Hi there! I'm Amanda! I am an early childhood expert with a masters degree in ECE and 2 decades of experience working with young children.
I advocate for PLAYful, simple childhood. I believe in quality over quantity when it comes to toys. I know that the most purposeful play takes place in our homes. I feel like clutter and overstimulation are getting in the way of peaceful family life far too often. So I’m on a mission to help moms and educators with all of those things.
I think we need to focus more on engagement over entertainment and simple over complicated when it comes to play spaces.
The physical environment in which our children play absolutely matters.
I also believe that even kids' spaces should be first and foremost beautiful—while to also being functional and manageable.
As parents we’ve got enough stress going on. We need spaces that serve our families simply and bring us joy.
I’m also a mama who is extremely triggered by clutter. Clutter makes my anxiety go through the roof! So I’ve had to figure out ways to combat clutter, while also keeping our home functional for the whole family. I've got a master's degree in early childhood and I've designed and brought to life dozens of classrooms and playrooms over the years. I can't wait to help you do the same.

XX, Amanda
